First Poppy Ceremony

On October 23rd, our Past President, Bryan Neville, had the honour of joining other representatives of the
RCMP Veterans' Association in the annual "First Poppy" ceremony

The ceremony took place at Rideau Hall, and the symbolic "First Poppy" was presented to the Governor General
