The Corn Boil will take place at the Wildlife Refuge
(RIFT) on Wellesley Island, New York.
It is a lovely setting on the water and, if the weather doesn't cooperate, there
is a large indoor facility.
Directions: If you have a GPS, the address is 19007 Deringer Drive, Wellesley,
New York 13640 (we have tried it and it works).
Otherwise, the directions are as
follows:
Take the farthest right Customs lane.
When going through Customs, tell them you
are going to the RIFT Park rather than the RCMP Corn Boil, because all the agents
won't necessarily know about it.
Once through customs, keep right and proceed
slowly. Turn right at the first break in the orange construction wall/cones and
keep left onto paved road.
Turn right onto Deringer Drive and follow RCMP signs
to the river. There is ample parking and the building is on the right.
Because we have to advise U.S. Customs how many people to expect, we will need
to know in advance exactly how many will be attending.
Therefore, it is
important that you let us know as soon as possible if you plan to join us.
